Robert Tuma — B&W street portrait

I'm Robert Tuma — ex-DevOps PM turned AI-agent wrangler. I don't manage people anymore. I manage AI agents. They build. I decide. We ship fast.

I quit my DevOps PM job after 15 years.

I spent my career giving everything I had to other people's businesses. Looking back, I realized something obvious but uncomfortable. If I had invested that same time, energy, and commitment into something of my own, I would be much further along today.

I do not regret the journey. I learned a ton, worked with exceptional people, and those experiences gave me the confidence to take the leap. My wife did this two years ago when she opened her own medspa. Watching her build from the ground up made it clear that now is my time.

So I am going all in on AI.

That does not mean playing with tools. I am running two Claude Max plans and a ChatGPT Pro plan full time on OpenClaw, on a Mac Studio, and using AI agents to cover core DevOps roles. I have been training those agents with Agile and ITIL best practices and pushing them hard with a relentless sense of urgency.

The goal is simple: fail fast, iterate aggressively, and grow.

The first product: GlowScript

GlowScript is a full practice management platform built specifically for med spas. It centralizes clients, scheduling, charting, consents, photos, and compliance, including GFE and consent tracking. It integrates with best in class partners like Shopify and SpaKinect.

It is not a bloated all in one. It is a focused operating system that aims to outperform platforms like Zenoti and Boulevard by doing the core workflows exceptionally well. GlowScript is niche on purpose, but it is only the beginning.

The messy reality

I have had to reinstall OpenClaw three times already. The best fix so far has been having Anthropic Cowork dig into the files with a fresh set of eyes. It caught issues I was too close to see and solved problems in minutes that would have taken me hours.

This is the kind of truth I want to share.

The newsletter

I am starting a weekly newsletter that is a behind the scenes look at building real products in real time. No recycled advice. No theory. Just the tools I am using, the workflows and shortcuts I have discovered, what is working, what is failing, and why.

If you care about execution more than hype, this is for you. Founders, operators, PMs, builders, and small business owners who are serious about shipping and scaling with AI will feel at home here.

PM Skills → Agent Management

Same job, different team. Scoping, unblocking, tracking — the agents just don't need coffee.

Speed Over Perfection

Ship it, test it, fix it. The feedback loop is hours, not quarters.

Build → Test → Replace

Products come and go. The system stays. If something isn't working, kill it and build the next thing.
